There is no way that this new owner will enjoy his ride in such an adverse paint conditions. The paintwork correction cum restoration session will not be a short one as the paintwork conditions are bad and my feelings was like... -_-

This scratch (RIDS) look deep...

I was told that the last grooming was done many years ago, approximately 3-4 years back... in a way, they gave up totally on the maintenance part. The paint coating level does correspond to the year which the car was registered. Ok, it is good to go after the safety checks, it's party time. Average of 4 hits were executed across for most panels, i could not recall on the number of hits done to the RDS pockets as there were simply way too many of these.

Most RDS pockets on the bonnet/ hood panel were sorted out.

RDS pockets were gone and 2 deep scratch were left on this panel after a long 7 hours grooming session on the exterior bodyworks. I had removed a lot of paint in the correction process, more pictures coming.

The RIDS was rectified, using naked eye to judge the depth of a scratch is not possible.

Paint correction cum restoration work is tough, alot of factors will affect the end results.
