AutoGlym High Definition Wax

I can be a very difficult person at times and even though after hearing all the goodies about this product, i was not 100% convinced yet. I did my own testing and conducted 2 water sheeting test after the wax application. The first test was conducted on the front panel with sloping gradient of about 70 degree. This was the video showing the first water sheeting test.

The 2nd test was conducted on the front bonnet/ hood with a sloping gradient of about 30 degree. This was the video showing the test.

My thoughts gathered from these water sheeting test was Autoglym High Definition wax is very sleek and the treated surface exhibits very high hydrophobic effect. Do checkout this link for the durability test results conducted on the HD wax (it's one of the biggest wax test ever conducted in UK by one enthusiastic).

IMO, HD wax may not be the overall winner, but it is certainly good enough to get the job done here. It has quite a nice smell as well. Next test probably would be the water beading test on HD wax if time permits. That's all folks and thank you for viewing this test.

(Updates) Finally managed to locate these pictures that were took some time ago after a heavy downpour, the wax is less than a month old on the car. Check out the water beads on the waxed surface.

AG HD wax is definitely a product worth waiting for, keep the good stuff coming Autoglym!
