Rainaway Nano Glass Coat

The white Vios or the silver Altis? Lai lai, prudent car wash service... anyone?

The silver Altis was chosen for this glass coating test and let's wash the car.
This six years old Altis was given a thorough wash and prepared for Nano glass coating on the glasses and mirrors. The car was rinse again after the shampooing and notice the water repellent characteristics on the front windscreen.

Here comes the stream of water ...

The glass surface is not treated with any form of coating and it cannot repel water quickly. This situation is similar to driving in heavy rainfall which resulted to poor visibility. In most cases, motorists will reduce speed and the traffic movement will be slowed down. i.e. travelling at 75km/h instead of the normal 90km/h on the highway. Have you experience similar situations during heavy downpour?

The water is flat and glide slowly down from the windscreen which resembles a water curtain which will inhibits vision and sight.

The glass panels were chamois dried and wiped with window chemical to prepare for the Nano Glass coating application. The glass panels were treated with Rainaway Nano Glass coating.

This was the results of the treated surface... impressive!

Cannot see much water action? Check out this short video clip... :)

... and the best part of the deal is, a single application of Rainaway Nano Glass coat can last up to 12 months.

Thanks for viewing.
